API Revolution of Roshn: Powered by Google Cloud

iSolution played a crucial role in the API Revolution of ROSHN by directing the project setup, designing the Google Cloud Platform architecture, developing initial Application Programming Interface and providing developer training, resulting in project success.

The challenge

ROSHN needed a secure platform to integrate external services and enhance its digital applications.The goal was to manage external integrations and ensure flexibility for future growth, build a custom ZATCA Software Development Kit to improve user experience and automate Value Added Tax receipts. ROSHN needed a central API platform to achieve business objectives and security concerns.

The solution

iSolution designed a scalable and secure solution for ROSHN. Leveraging Google Cloud Platform for secure networking via Virtual Private Cloud, exposing private backends through Apigee and Private Service Connect, hosting both Apigee and the developer portal on Virtual Machines, using Cloud Storage to securely store data, and powering ROSHN’s Microservice using Cloud Run.

The result

iSolution’s partnership with ROSHN on Apigee implementation delivered substantial business benefits. It significantly improved response times, enhancing user experience. Seamless integration of multi external services and role-based access streamlined operations and improved efficiency and security. Finally, using a CI/CD pipeline made it faster to develop new Application Programming Interfaces.
