Snoonu: Towards a Unified Work Environment
iSolution helped Snoonu implement Google Workspace, providing project initialization, GWS console configuration, data migration, change management, and application integration to improve collaboration, security, and efficiency.
The challenge
Snoonu was facing challenges with its existing IT infrastructure. They were using multiple tenants for each domain, which caused a number of problems including data migration difficulties, downtime, and security concerns. Snoonu was looking for a simple and powerful solution that could replace its existing setup to improve communication and collaboration, and achieve zero downtime.
The solution
Snoonu’s productivity challenges were solved by implementing Google Workspace, a comprehensive suite of tools that integrated seamlessly with their existing systems. iSolution helped migrate data quickly and easily, and employees benefited from improved collaboration, reduced costs, and increased productivity. We also integrated Google Workspace with other applications and built an intranet site.
The result
iSolution successfully transitioned Snoonu out of multiple GWS tenants into a single one with zero downtime for all domains. Google Workspace has ultimately reshaped Snoonu’s remote work capabilities, environment, and data security, resulting in improved communication and collaboration between employees.
