The challenge
Walaa Insurance encountered several operational challenges due to fragmented systems that lacked scalability and reusability. These isolated environments slowed down time-to-market and made integration between departments and platforms difficult. Additionally, many processes were manual and time-consuming, resulting in inefficiencies that negatively affected return on investment (ROI).
Scope of work
The project scope included the supply and implementation of the IBM webMethods API and Integration Platform license, followed by complete installation and configuration. iSolution led the modernization of Walaa’s integration architecture, enabling seamless connectivity across systems — including integrations with aggregators and deep integration with core internal systems, ensuring a unified, scalable, and future-ready digital infrastructure.

With user-centric, connected workflows and a nearly zero-coding policy, Walaa accelerated its time-to-market while improving operational efficiency. Open APIs and interoperable aggregator frameworks eliminated vendor lock-in and enabled smooth integration with third-party platforms.
